SENDERENS completes its financing round, with the incorporation of 2 new companies to its shareholding, which will be represented on the Board of Directors.

With this new capital structure, SENDERENS strengthens its deployment capacity in the development of biomethane, organic fertilizer production and decarbonization in Spain and Portugal.

On June 6, 2024, at the decarbonization trade fair organized by Net Zero Tech in Barcelona in collaboration with Sedigas - Spanish Gas Association, Joaquin Barallat CEO of SENDERENS had the opportunity to share a Round Table on Biomethane Development in Spain, together with relevant companies of the sector.

SENDERENS will participate in the round table "Rural development: biomethane, competitiveness for the agro-livestock sector and economic and social development" in Net Zero Tech the Forum on decarbonization through energy efficiency, electrification with renewables and hydrogen, which will be held on June 5 and 6 in Barcelona, as part of Biogas Tech.

José María Vara Izquierdo e Ignacio Horche.

Both have a long and fruitful business career in the agri-food, distribution and Foodtech sectors, in positions of maximum responsibility in national and international companies.
